BAJA Bid welcomes you to our Kimball Electronics Sealed Bid Auction!
Bidders are invited to preview and inspect all of the equipment prior to the bidding deadline. All on-site preview / inspection visits must be scheduled in advance and completed during normal business hours (9am EST - 4pm EST) between July 21, 2014 and August 7, 2014.
Bidders are encouraged to submit their absolute maximum bids when entering their offers. All formal bids must be submitted before 5pm EST on August 7, 2014.
The Buyer's Premium for buyers paying via Cash, Certified / Cashiers Check or Bank Wire will be 15%.
If payment is made using an accepted credit card; the Buyer's Premium will be increased to 18% to cover the associated processing fees.
All winning bidders will be contacted before 5pm EST on August 11, 2014. An invoice will be provided detailing the items that were purchased and the payment is due at that time. This entire payment must be received with in 48 hours after receipt of the corresponding invoice. The preferred payment methods are cash, certified check or bank wire transfer. American Express, Visa or Mastercard credit cards may be accepted depending on the final sale price and specific conditions. The payment must be paid in US dollars.
Shipping & Removal:
The buyer is responsible for all shipping related arrangements, expenses and liabilities. (EXW Origin)
The removal of all equipment must be completed before 4pm EST on August 27, 2014.
All items not removed on or before the removal date shall be subject to storage fees.
Any items not removed prior to the above mentioned removal deadline will be considered abandoned and Baja Bid shall have no further obligation to the buyer with respect to the purchased items.
Note: The sellers have the right to set reserve prices and purchase their own equipment.
The seller also reserves the right to sell their equipment individually or as a package. This decision is solely theirs and will be based on what makes more business sense for their organization.
